Totally poor management in Saket hospital.. It is just a glorified government hospital in Delhi... The patient management around the doctor\'s consultation rooms is non existent... Max hospital is better for patients coming from poor African countries like Sudan, Somalia and other where the healthcare facilities are non-existent. The CEO of this hospital is only interested in making his billions and the management is only interested to get money out of miserable patients.. The agents handling the appointments are so bad, they speak in English but don\'t understand it and have IQ lower than the number of days in a month... My experience with Fortis chain is better..
